4D Construction Simulation
Congratulations to the Clark/McCarthy team!
"The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and California Prison Health Care Services (CPHCS) announced that the joint venture of Clark Construction Group - California, LP, and McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. in association with HDR Architecture, has been selected as the successful design-build entity for the second phase of the California Health Care Facility (CHCF) Stockton." - Clark Construction
4D Construction Simulation continues to be an effect tool to communicate how savings can be achieved in a complex construction schedule. Our work for Clark Construction has helped communicate the utilization of the site and sequence of construction to the owner in a clear and vivid way.
During the preparation of the bid, our work has also helped the Clark team identify opportunities for savings not immediately evident in a traditional schedule.
"While today's construction projects are extremely challenging to deliver, conveying our ability to meet and/or exceed our clients' project goals before our clients select a construction partner is equally as challenging. In accomplishing this, Clark has found a trusted partner in Interface Multimedia. IFMM's technical capabilities couple with their professionals' in-depth knowledge of the A/E/C industry has provided Clark with an invaluable resource to bring our teams' approaches to life - tackling some of the industry's most challenging construction projects in a virtual environment while applying cost and scheduling components to tell the complete story. Put simply, IFMM has allowed us to convey our approach to our prospective clients in ways that have never been available to use in the past, which have resulted in numerous successful pursuits."
